• [7/19/2022] Tri-City basketball registration for 2022-2023 season is now open!  

• [6/2/2022] Tri-City Summer Golf registration is now officially open!  Sign up before June 31, 2022 to secure your spot (or when we reach the maximum of 21 participants!)

• [5/22/2022] Summer Basketball Clinics for 2022 are now officially open!  Sign up before June 14, 2022 to secure your spot!

• [5/13/2022] Interested in more basketball with Santa Clara University this summer?  They've invited Tri-City members to their camps on June 13-16 and June 20-23.  For more information, check out this flyer.  More information can be found on their website here.

• [2/9/2022] Nakayoshi Gakko, or "Friendship School" is a two-week summer program held at the Mountain View Buddhist Temple where children in grades 1 through 8 learn about Japanese culture and tradition. It is an opportunity for children and parents to explore the many aspects of the Japanese-American heritage.  If you're interested, check out more details from their website here.

• [6/7/2021] Registration for Tri-City Summer Basketball Clinics is now open.  This is for rising 3rd grade boys and girls only.

• [6/3/2021] Registration for Tri-City Summer Golf 2021 is now open!  Hurry, there is a limit of 21 participants!

• [2/1/2021] Friends of the TCYG community need your help in identifying a bone marrow match for Paul Goodman, a 29 year old member of the Orange County Buddhist Church, who has recently relapsed from Leukemia.  Learn more about how you can help here.
  There will be a COVID-SAFE drive-thru donor registration event on February 6, 2021 from 10am-330pm at the Palo Alto Buddhist Temple located at 2751 Louis Road, Palo Alto, CA 94303. 

2020

• [12/16/2020] TCYG 2021 Youth of the Year application form is now available.  

• [7/30/2020] Unfortunately we will not have a Fall Basketball season this year.  At a league meeting last week (thru Zoom), none of the organizations have been able to receive approval for the use of school gyms.  As it will be an ongoing process to determine when students will be allowed back on campus, we do not anticipate they will rent to outside organizations for a while.

• We will be evaluating if some type of outdoor basketball program with safeguards is possible in January or the Spring.

• [7/5/2020] Attention families with high school students and graduating seniors.  The Intercollegiate Nikkei Council for the SoCal Nikkei Student Unions is holding an event for high schoolers over Zoom to discuss college, majors, and address any questions students may have regarding the college experience.  Here are the links to register for the event.  [Returning to High School | Graduating Seniors]

• [3/12/2020] Due to ongoing concerns regarding COVID-19, 2020 Spring Volleyball and Spring Basketball clinics have been canceled.  Refunds will be issued shortly for those that have already registered.

• [12/9/2019] TCYG 2020 Youth of the Year application form is now available.  

• [12/4/2019] The NYBA (G4 through C-National) and ACBA (B) league game schedules are posted in the Basketball page.  Individual teams should see their games on TeamSnap now.  

• [10/13/2019] The Calendar of Events has been updated to inform parents of the dates where there are league games.  Once the final times, teams, and locations are available, the webmaster will update them on TeamSnap.  Hopefully this helps in your planning of vacations and we're working as fast as we can to get the final schedules.
